Is it weird to say that getting your garage door fixed was a pleasure? It was the day after thanksgiving and my son had a birthday party planned where we transformed our garage into an arcade/play space along with an adjoining outdoor bounce house. Our garage door somehow got off track and was stuck half way up and we had the equipment all arriving in the afternoon. It was a disaster! I called AAA Garage Door Repair and Daniel assured me he would come within the hour, which he did. He not only fixed our garage door so we could have the birthday party, but he made it better! He fixed/replaced the sensor so it was safer for our kids. And he was so sweet to my boys--it was a genuine pleasure to meet him. While I hope we don't have any more garage door mishaps, I would not hesitate to use him for any garage/gate needs. I'm so grateful that we met him! Thank you Daniel!

My old garage door motor broke and I had no idea what to do. I had thought that I could just go to Home Depot and buy a replacement unit, but soon found out there was more to it than that. Luckily, I called and spoke with James. He was very informational and didn't try to sell me on anything. He suggested that I get a belt drive garage door motor...and man what a difference! It's SUPER quiet!!! I didn't really believe him, but after I had it installed, I could barely hear it open or close. It took him about 1 1/2hrs to put it together and was very reasonable on the price. Much cheaper and quicker than if I had done it myself. I am very satisfied and recommend AAA Garage Door!

I wish this company could do ALL the repairs. When my tenant moved in and the garage door stopped working, I had a new one installed by Ocean the SAME day (on a Sunday)! He was immediately responsive and a pleasure to work with. Today the tenant sent me a picture of the garage door fastener that somehow ripped off of the pulley. Ocean came within 2 hours and fixed it for free. Wonderful service!

Super fast response time He showed up on time and within about 5 minutes he knew what the problem was. Gave me an extremely fair quote for replacing the sensors and the rollers and he even did some extra oiling on the chain and fixing the chain's tension so that I can open it easier manually if I ever have to. Highly recommend!
